Brandon Marcello, Ph.D. is the Director of Sports Performance at Stanford University, where he oversees all aspects of athletic performance enhancement for the 35 intercollegiate sports. His previous accomplishments include serving as the Director of Human Performance for USA Softball for the 2006 Gold Medal World Championship team, 2007 Gold Medal Pan American team and the 2008 Silver Medal US Olympic Softball team. In 1999 Brandon helped create Athletes’ Performance (AP) in Tempe, AZ, a world class training facility for professional and elite athletes where his clientele included Nomar Garciaparra, Mia Hamm, Phil Mickelson, Mike Weir, Maria Sharapova and Marc Bulger to name a few. A recognized author, Brandon’s work appears regularly in various journals, text books and periodicals. He has served as a consultant to many top Division-I teams, International Sports Federations and well as adidas International and Nike. Brandon holds a Ph.D. in Sports Nutrition from Baylor University. During his time as a research associate within the Exercise and Sport Nutrition Laboratory, Brandon completed extensive research in sports supplementation and its application to athletic performance enhancement.
Debbie Lipski, LMT, NCMT is a Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She received her B.A. in Psychology in 1999 from Indiana University where she competed in Platform and Springboard Diving. In 2001, she graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy where she has done extensive studies in Sports and Orthopedic Massage. Debbie has worked directly with numerous professional athletes including the Colorado Rapids Pro Soccer Team, Monica Seles, and several nationally ranked, Olympic and World Champion cyclists. Currently, Debbie has her own Massage Therapy practice in Columbia, SC specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Injury Rehabilitation. Debbie is an NPC National Level Figure Competitor, Fitness Model as well as a part-time Soigneur for various professional road cycling teams.
